Batch reports - Detailed explanation

A batch report helps you to track what is the status and background of each individual product. This lists all the products that were announced, with the addition of products that were not announced.

For every product you can see

• Product name

• Reference. The value of the reference

• Reference type. A product can be announced using an EAN, ASIN or Other Reference. The type shows which reference was used for this product

• Retail value. The current retail price as found online

• Owner Reference. A reference provided by you

• Owner price. The current value of the product, as listed in the announcement

• Return reason

• Customer remark

• Status. Possible values are

  • In progress. The product is being processed in our warehouse

  • On stock. The product is processed, has a grade an is available to be sold onlin

  • Sold. The product has been sold

• Whether the product was announced or not

• Whether the product was delivered. It could for instance not be have been announced, but delivered
