Fixing errors in the announcements

If there are errors detected in the Excel file you see specific error message to help you fix these. There are three types of errors that can happen

1. There is something wrong with the layout of the Excel file. This typically happens if one of the required columns is completely missing

2. One or more required columns have no values filled in

3. A value is missing or wrongly formatted on one row
