The stock ASN file
To announce your stock batch you need to fill in the Excel template that can be download from the Stock batch upload page.
To make sure we can process the information correctly it uses a specific layout which is explained below.
Mandatory columns
These columns are required to be able to announce a product.
EAN, ASIN or Other Reference. One of these fields need to be filled in. It is strongly recommend to fill in an EAN field, as otherwise we are limited in our options to sell this on our marketplaces
Product Title. A single line of text describing the product
Retail price
Quantity. The number of products you will be sending us
SKU.
Grade. The grade of this product
Grade remark. A remark, show in the online offer to inform potential buyer what the state of the product is
